My hip
Last Thursday I went to the IU Judo club. I met several Judo maniacs in the club. Almost the half hour, we had to exercise for our heart. Then we started to match, the Rendory, each other. I am a white belt man. A black belt guy, Bryan, pinned and chocked me. Ma right leg became tired and body was fucked up. The next day, I slept late and missed a class. I realized that my legs were pretty tired. In the afternoon, I went to the gym. First, I went to the lift room. Second, I focused on my legs workout until the gym close. While I was coming home, my legs were pretty tired. The next day, Sunday, my hip joint was killing me. I couldn't walk very well. I had that kind of the experience before, so I wasn't really concerned with my right hip socket. On Monday, when I went to a class, my hip was killing me. It was fucking hurt. I spent 25 minutes to get to the class from home. It is usually 8 minutes by walking. After the class, I went to the public library for the reading assignment. I head back home at 3 p.m. I took a painkiller but it didn't work. Tomorrow morning I am going to the health center. They probably want me to pay bunch of money. sucks sucks sucks. What is about my Judo class?
